Festival of Sails 2008
Well belatedly I am uploading images from the fantastic day we had on Good Friday at the Festival of Sails. Every year there is a Brisbane to Gladstone yacht race and Redcliffe participates by holding the festival of sails. From Suttons Beach you can see the floatilla and enjoy Easter Bunny dropping from the sky to a sunsoaked beach.
Live music, artists, performers and rides all top off a feast of food, sights and sounds which we look forward to every year! Click on the slideshow on the right to see more!

Catherine Tate (The Run Away Bride) and Dr Who (David Tennant) Comic Relief Sketch
Am I bovered?
I freely admit it - I am a Dr Who addict and have been since I was about 4. Strangely enough my almost 4 year old son likes to stay up late on Saturday nights during Who season ?? He sneaks out of bed to watch Doctor Who and hides behind a pillow... exactly like I did.
Particularly fond of the 70s Who of course as that was my childhood. Lost touch a bit around Colin Baker but came back with avengeance with the regeneration of the Doctor into Christopher Eckleston as the first Doctor of the 21st Century.
Oh and it doesn't hurt that David Tennant is Scottish gorgeous and funny ;)
